House Rules

The house rules are part of the rental contract. The full terms are in the Terms and Conditions.

No smoking

No smoking anywhere in the flat.

Do not light candles.

Please keep quiet from 10:00 pm to 6:00 am.

Keep the stove in the living room at a steady temperature; report any problems immediately.

Dispose of household waste in chargeable blue bags at the entrance.

Treat the flat and furnishings respectfully and leave them in the same condition.

Remove shoes at the front door.

Any items removed will be charged to your account.
